These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Manivers ("the App"), operated by Life With Planners ("we," "us," or "our") at manivers.com. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Manivers. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. We do not knowingly allow minors to use the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@manivers.com.
Access to core features at no cost. Free plan data may be deleted after 14 days of inactivity. Certain features are restricted to paid plans.
A monthly subscription at the price displayed at checkout. Billed automatically each month on your billing date. Includes all paid features as described on the pricing page.
A one-time purchase granting 24-hour access to paid features. Non-refundable.
A limited lifetime access offer available during our launch period. One-time payment, non-refundable. Subject to fair use — we reserve the right to remove accounts that abuse the service.
All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial of the Manifestor plan. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. You will receive a reminder email before your trial expires.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at hello@manivers.com.
Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 6 months before being permanently deleted, giving you time to reactivate if you change your mind.
You agree not to use Manivers to:
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in prohibited behaviour, without notice.
You retain ownership of the content you create in Manivers — your affirmations, stories, vision boards, and other personal entries. By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Services to you.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. We do not claim ownership of your personal content.
Content shared to the Community Wall is visible to other paid users. By posting to the Community Wall, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display that content within the App.
All content, features, design, code, and materials of Manivers — including the brand name, logo, affirmation templates, preset stories, oracle card designs, and guided meditation scripts — are owned by Life With Planners and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission. Scraping, reverse-engineering, or attempting to extract our proprietary content is strictly prohibited.
Manivers uses artificial intelligence to generate personalised affirmations, stories, and meditations based on your inputs. AI-generated content is provided for personal, inspirational use only.
Manivers is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee any specific results from using the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Life With Planners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if we believe your use poses a risk to other users or to us. We will provide notice where reasonably possible.
You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice in the App. Your continued use of Manivers after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Life With Planners operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
