These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Manivers website and application ("Service") operated by Manivers ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Manivers. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will terminate the account immediately.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@manivers.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.
Manivers offers the following access tiers:
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Payment is charged to your payment method on file via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@manivers.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then.
By subscribing or purchasing any paid plan, you explicitly agree that access to the digital service begins immediately upon payment, and you waive any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right that might otherwise apply.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law that cannot be contractually waived.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under mandatory consumer protection law applicable in your jurisdiction, please contact us at hello@manivers.com and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused time on monthly subscriptions.
The Day Pass grants 24 hours of full access from the time of purchase. Day Passes are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, as digital access is granted immediately upon purchase.
The Founding Member plan grants lifetime access to the Service for a one-time payment. "Lifetime" means for the duration that the Manivers platform remains operational.
Founding Member access is personal and non-transferable. It is tied to your account and cannot be sold, gifted, or assigned to another person.
In the event that Manivers ceases operations, Founding Member access will end and no refund will be issued. We have no current plans to discontinue the Service.
Founding Member status does not guarantee any specific feature set in perpetuity. Features may change over time, and Founding Members will receive the current paid tier of the Service as it exists at any given time.
You retain ownership of all content you create and input into Manivers — your desires, affirmations, stories, journal entries, and vision board images. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.
Manivers uses AI (Groq and HuggingFace) to generate affirmations, stories, and audio based on your input. AI-generated content is provided as a personal growth and motivational tool. We do not claim ownership over output generated on your behalf. However, because AI outputs are generated algorithmically and may not be fully original, we make no warranty that such content is free from similarity to other outputs generated for other users.
All AI-generated content within the app is labelled as such.
Manivers is a personal growth and motivational tool — it is not a medical, psychological, therapeutic, or clinical service.
The affirmations, meditations, stories, and other content provided through Manivers are for general wellbeing and self-improvement purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy.

You agree not to:
The Manivers name, logo, design, interface, and all content we create (excluding your personal content and AI outputs) are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts under Indian law.
If you are an EU consumer, you also have the right to access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. For material changes, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
